Inland Transport Services

MSC Poland provides inland haulage from / to Polish Locations via Port of Gdynia. In order to meet our customers' requirments we offer two-modal container service: faster and more flexible all motor carriage or cost efficient rail motor service via internal (inland) terminals:

All motor service

MSC Poland can perform truck service for all types of containers (even out-of-gauge cargo) according to the rule shippers load, stow and count.
Avarage transit time from Port of Gdynia to Specified Polish Locations (and vice versa) does not exceed 1 day.

Rail motor service

Intermodal service refers to dry containers and open-tops / flat-racks in gauge.

Customs Clearance

Import cargo
MSC Poland does not offer customs clearance services. Clients should refer to licensed customs brokers.

Export cargo
MSC Poland is not authorized to act on behalf of its customers against Customs Authorities.
MSC Poland can only go between customer and licensed customs broker, collecting documents required for customs and settling customs fee.

Documents needed for customs clearance:

AUTHORISATION FORM – we provide authorisation form upon request
COMMERCIAL INVOICE showing terms of delivery, amounts of packaging, weight of cargo and HS code
PACKING LIST showing gross/net weight, quantity of packaging (packing list must show the same amounts that commercial invoice)

All above mentioned documents must be issued by the same exporter.

Warehousing and Distribution

MSC Poland does not offer warehousing and distibution services.

LCL Service

MSC Poland does not offer LCL services. We operate only with Full Container Loads (FCL).
