We would like to inform you about the situation in Chile after earthquake and tsunami that affected mainly central and south part of this country. Below please find detailed port and agencies report:

North

Arica - Iquique - Puerto Angamos - Antofagasta

Working under normal conditions import and export wise.

Central

MSC port agency and headquarters in Santiago working under normal conditions.

Valparaiso Container Terminal
Piers 1-2-3-4 operative

There are other piers reporting damages and are under evaluation.
Congestion is expected.

South

MSC port agency closed and all the area without communication.
Production has been stopped so for the next 15 days no exports and imports are expected.

Coronel - Lirquen
Operative when energy reestablished.

San Vicente - Talcahuano
Closed due to tsunami and damages.

Please consider that all import to south part of Chile will have final destination Valparaiso applying force majeure.
For the next 30 days no booking to San Vicente and Coronel will be accepted unless Valparaiso as a final destination is accepted.
