The terms and conditions of the Bill of Lading and Sea Waybill have been thoroughly reviewed and their layout has been refreshed. Preceding versions of the Bill of Lading and Sea Waybill, both are available here in a small format.

MSC standard booking form
MSC Poland released new booking form where all necessary information must be provided by booking party. All customers are kindly requested to use this form whenever sending a booking to MSC Poland. It can be downloaded in english as well as in polish version.
For reefer containers there is another, special form which can be downloaded here.
